First of all, thank you in advance for the hepl.

OK, I have the quest the Villainy of Galrath, but I don't know where to go, I have looked but Have not found him? Please, can someone tell me where he is?

if your character isn't in the level 18-20 range, I recommend leaving this quest alone for the time being, it's hard and even a group of 18-20's will end up with a pretty good DP. The best starting point for this quest is the Temple of Ages, as it will allow you to have a group of 8 rather than 6, then you head in a southward direction from there. You'll recognize Galraths tower when you see it, there are no other floating towers in the game

I done it with a team full of level 15-16's. It's not that hard, it just teaches you how to take on large bands of groups properly for later in the game.

Edit: It's pretty easy to find too, I found the hardest part being Black Curtain just outside out the Temple of Ages. What you want to do is head north west from Lions Arch into Nebo Terrace. Then you should Stop off at The Hot Springs, south of where you just zoned in. From there, you want to travel West straight from the outside of the Hot Springs. Then continue heading west once you hit the Cursed Lands, it's not a big zone and there's two places leading into the Black Curtain. One is North West from where you enter it and the other is just pretty much straight west. Once you're in the Black Curtain, you'll notice a green arrow on your compass map, ignore it for now and head north west to get to the Temple of Ages for a pit stop, gather up two more players to make a team of 8 and reset all your DP. From then on just follow the arrow.

Good luck, with proper team work and tactics, you've got this quest in the bag.
